No answer on call centre
Was on hold for 40 minutes as a Platinum Card Holder. Then got cutoff. Now on hold for 15 minutes and counting and NOBODY is picking up. This is appalling service. Call me IMMEDIATELY. You blocked my card for no reason. You have ruined my day. Unblock my card. So annoyed
