No access! No money!!!!

I had to update my FICA details on friday the 10th of June 2022, after they locked me out of my accounts. After several phone calls and “escalations” and “I will phone you back in 10 minutes” I still have no access, and note today is the -15th of June 2022. No access, I am not even able to withdraw my own money. I was the one sho told my friends about how amazing discovery bank us, but J doubt that I will ever nakd that same mistake again.
