New System Debacle

<p>I have had a Discovery Credit Card for 10 years and have always paid a set amount on the 28th of the month religiously without a problem. Then Discovery Card decided to change to this Naedo debit card charging system and nothing has gone right since. </p> <p>The debit charge is the minimum payment which is normally the 29th of the month but it it now take 7 days to recognise the payment and during this period you cannot use your card this is real progress ha ha.</p> <p>Then this month there was a new complication which this wonderful system cannot handle. I returned some goods to Woolworths and they passed a credit to my credit card so because of this transaction the system discounted the minimum payment by the value of the credit and because of the short payment the system has not recognised my payment from 29th of June until today.</p> <p>Whoever changed the system should be looking for a new job as I am sure that a lot of people return goods and have credits charged to their cards which could end up with the same problem.</p> <p>The call operator then informed me that this was my fault because i had received a credit from woolworths for returned goods and I should have made an additional payment for the difference as it had affected the payment . How the hell was I to know this nobody informed me as a consumer that discovery had changed to naedo oh well it appears that between Discovery card and FNB they can change their motto "How can we blame you"</p> <p> </p>
