New Discovery Bank new problems news issues No help.

Been trying for over 10 days to track a payment made to my account. Call centre asks for emails. Emails bounce back finally get the email and proof of payment to them and say they will get back to. My question who is sitting with my money/ Who is earning my interest and when will I finally get the money paid into my account. No help from anyone after being told will get back to me. So if the new Discovery Bank is so great its not and its time to leave and take my money to another bank.
