New credit card needed

I have a use issue. My discovery card isn’t working. I can transfer money in... but can’t use my card for toll fees, paying for parking and online shopping. It’s my only credit card and need it to work?!? I transferred money to it abd it’s there. My debit orders still are running I need a new bank card sent to me abd I got no idea who to speak to
