Never take a Discovery Credit Card, Biggest *****s

Discovery Credit Card are the biggest *****s ever. I've had a Discovery Credit Card for some years now. Between 2 ********** I had some financial problems and did not pay the card for some time. They handed me over to mbd collections and I made a payment arrangement with them, I have kept to that arrangement from last year and have since never missed a payment. But according to my credit record I have not made a payment since 2017 and whenever I call to ask why this is so, they tell me they will update once I have paid the balance. I accepted that explanation, but now I asked them for a statement so I can see how far I am with payments they never send it to me, when you call their call centre you stay on the line the whole day with a message that says "all our consultants are currently unavailable, please stay on the line" the whole day. So their consultants are never available? I've been calling almost everyday for the past 4 weeks and get the same message everytime. Today I've been holding the line for 2 hours, what a shame.
