NEVER DELIVERS
Terrible bank. I have been waiting for a promised call back. Call queues too long. No other point of contact. Tried to downgrade my account but with no avail. That's Discovery for you, always over promise but under deliver

11 Nov 2019, 15:25I want the account where you pay as you transact. The initial plan was to switch completely to you but I don't think that's a good idea anymore so I'm staying with my bank. I want to pay my fees as I transact. If that's not possible, please send me account closure forms
