Need an OTP to change OTP details

I recently relocate doverseas but would like to make a purchase using my Discovery Miles. Realizing the OTP is sent to my SA cell number which I am not using I tried to change the method of receiving the OTP to my personal email. After logging onto the website, if you want to change your methof of communication details you require the OTP, thus making it impossible to change anything online. <br> <br> I then sent a mail to the customer service, who took 4 days to reply and said that I can follow the following links and I will be able to change it. I wasn't surprised to find that I needed my OTP to complete their prompts, showing that their own employees have no clue how to navigate via their website. So another email has been sent and I wait another 4 days for a reply..<br> <br> There must be an easier way to change these details online?? <br> <br>
