My endless battle with Discovery Bank and refunding my money for more than 2 months !!!😡😡😡

For more than 2 months, I’ve been fighting for a refund to be processed to me accordingly. The funds have not been released to me. I have complained telephonically, via email, formally in LinkedIn and to date, have not received any assistance or communication from Discovery Bank!!

I have been struggling to get my refund released to me since the 26th of November. Everytime I call in, the advisors tell me that the money was refunded on the same day which is impossible.

I have sent numerous emails to your complaints emails which the automated replies do not take the reference numbers. I then sent another to your disputes email, the come back from there is the same!!

I have managers who have promised to revert back to me numerous times and when I now call it to follow up, they aren’t available!!

This is extremely frustrating and unfair. Can you please get somebody competent to get in touch with me as this is going on from the 27th of October.
