My c/card application was declined because I had horseracing entries on my bankstatement after I have been pre-approved
My c/card application was declined because I had horseracing entries on my bankstatement after I have been pre-approved. If this is not brutal ************** and a breach of human rights I don't know.

A pre-approval is not the final outcome for credit applications. The application is still subject to credit assessment. Once the credit assessment has been concluded, you will then be provided with the final offer or outcome.
There is an option to challenge declined credit applications on the bank app. This goes through to our credit team for them to further assess. Once the final outcome of the credit application has been provided to you, we are unfortunately unable to further dispute the outcome.
