My bad experience with Discovery Credit card

I transferred funds to my discovery card. I received an sms that the funds are reflecting. When i wanted to make a purchase, the transaction was declined. I then got a sms to say that i should call the Discovery card department. The agent that assisted me advised i need to send FICA documents that shows my address. I certified and sent the the proof of address which has a date of Dec 2018. It was certified and its very clear. Myself and Khosi from the Credit card dep monthartment has been emailing back and fourth, regarding this situation. At no point prior to me transferring funds over to the account, did i receive a letter, email or sms that that account is frozen and they need to submit FICA documents. It my money that they keeping. I work full day, i dont have time to go back and fourth to a police station and certify documents each time they say its not clear enough. I have been forced to email my payslip showing my address, and i have yet to receive any feedback. I am sitting without funds , I am uable to buy my 9 .old baby food, I cant purchase my airline tickets. I have discovery medical surely they can see the details matches. Such a huge company and they cannot communicate that they request FICA documents.

Discovery card called me yesterday and the lady said that she will call me back within 2 to 3 hours. This morning I submitted my bank statement that has a bank stamp on it and still have not received any feedback about my account. Whether it's still frozen or not. How long must this still go on cause I'm a working mom. I can't go back and forth to certify documents
