Hlw am nkanyiso hlela I'd no *** my numbers are as follow *** am hv a big problem with discovery bank they lock my account without my informing me last month so I called them an ask they ask me about the money it was send but the person who buy my house I provide everything they need proof of payment I even went to police station with a person who send me money and he write a affidavit for me and he went to his bank sort out his account now is working perfectly from capitec cos standard bank said they don't hv prof of the money cos I take the guy to standard wr discovery said something about standard bank they said they don't hv prof now I hv provide everything they need and still my account is blocked but discovery months to monthly they take the 400 on my account wich am not able to use my account I tnk I had enough of this bank am taking discovery to my legal wise team my money is going down without my permission and am not able to use my money but discovery is taking my money every month I am really disappointed buy this bank worse this person account who send me money he went for affidavit and gv capitec his account he show me after 7days is working now nice and perfectly but me am hv trable with my bank am not happy with discovery bank service at all

Wht I knw is that I hv all prof of payment that was made into my account about the ***** it's very far from me who did it it's non of my business I hv prof of payment for my payments all.

Still my matter has not been resolved....what a bank I have wow myb I will wait for years for my matter to be solved

I provide everything they ask me Prof of payment affidavits all they require now when u phone them everyone is telling do that and that u do that and another one is telling you another way this bank is poor service very poor

I never experience a very poor bank service like discovery bank I hv capitec nedbank starndad bankwhn it comes to a problem they sort it out within 90 working days whn u hv a problem they can't even update u with anything at discovery bank I send all the prof of my payment and went to police station for affidavit everything on my side is done I gv them wht they need and ask but still my account they can't resolve the issue how can any bank wait for feedback for all most a year 12 mouth wht a Dom computer that other bank don't see the email u send them for the feedback this person who has my case is very Dom as a client u cnt wait for more then 90 days wich mean the other bank is not interested in wht u are working on if they don't respond u if I was banking with capitec or other bank my account wll be open buy now it's been a year people my account is blocked with but I gv them all the documents that they need and ask they service is very poor when u whn u hv a problem they can't resolve any issues useless bank I wll leave whn they open my account very useless disappointed

Am very disappointed at this bank I even come from any car incident I should be dead now and they wll be eaten all my money stuck in they bank my ID *** nkanyiso people who has my case they don't knw wht they are doing it been a year now still my account is locked they are very Dom on my side as a client u can't wait from more then 90 days no response to another bank with mean the bank u are working on is not interested in wht u are doing..... If they is no response I want my account
