Money transfered to other account without my knowledge

I m writing to you for the second time Money was allocated to my transactional account from my credit card account without my knowledge or consent when i call i m told they will come back to me its been months since November Nobody has said a thing now i m being held liable to pay monthly but my accounts are blocked.None whatsoever terms on the contract showed that Money will be taken from credit facility to transactional account because of the overdraft so now our accounts are being used money shifted by the bank without our knowledge and we are still liable to pay no communication about this whole issue until you guys expect payment all you say is sorry for the inconvenience but nothing ever gets fixed please can all my questions be answered before i start paying you
