Money taken out my account

I bought a 200 rand ott voucher and they took it 5 times all 200s i called the call centre and got a ref number but no1 seems to get back to me or help me and my money is not been put back into my ac!!! Terrible! They said 5 days and nothing has happened!

No assistance from discovery bank; they lie when i call them and promise call backs also which never happens; i dont know what to do!

I have responded twice to their email and i keep getting an automated response saying the email address is only for complaints; so i dont know what to do! I have to keep explaining the same thing over and over is their no1 that can do their job efficiently?
