money missing

my employer deposited money for me and it's just missing discovery advise me they can not see any money should wait 10 days for them to see if they can find my money deposited to me I even sent them a proof of payment from the sender they still cant trace my money I'm leaving this bank how can they not find some ones money for a bank like this il rather go stand in the long line at capitek
