Money goal points worth it or not?

I am a Discovery bank client and I'm very happy with the bank. I just have some grievances. They do not respond to emails, they want you to call them. So if you have a hearing problem then you won't get any assistance. I also have a problem with the active rewards money goal. You must spend to reach the goals. So Saturday i lookdd at my goal and i had more points than what was required to reach the goal, Sunday i went on and then all of a sudden it says last weeks goal not achieved. I really think that is unfair, i don't spend often so I don't reach the goals but when you do spend more you expect to get the rewards if you qualify.
