***** - money debited from my account but no airtime voucher was received. Bad service!!

I purchased airtime on the 24 January 2025 via my bank app, the amount was debited off my account but I did not receive my airtime voucher up till today 05 February 2025. I the contacted Discovery Bank to log a case pertaining the issues, spoke to Koketso. The followed up with the reference the following week and spoke to Koketso and Ashlee. I was promised 5 days turnaround time for my cases to be resolved, till to date - I have never received my voucher. I am very disappointed and upset with this the prolonged resolution. Hence, I will not refer anyone to open up a bank account with Discovery, before the end of this week I will contact the back and terminate my account. I no longer trust the banking app doing any transactions going forward.
