Missing R2000 not in my balance on my credit card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a joke. I had very nice people explain to me via the call center the understanding of a pending deposit reflecting into my credit card balance. The story goes i had to take out car hire, paid R2000 deposit it was PENDING. Was told it would 10 working days to clear back into my account after handing the car back on the 29th July. 10 working days later. NO R2000 reflecting in my balance on my credit. I have called 6-7 times explaining the same situation over and over again that it has not reflected into my balance or the balance has not increased. They do not believe me and continue to explain the balance automatically increased. I tell them to look at my statements which results in a i need to review the numbers and will get back to you. PLEASE HELP ME i need my R2000 back urgently and i dont have time to phone another *** times. I emailed the authorization letter with the transaction date that was asked by a consultant last night only to be queried by a consultant today why i did that when the funds arent pending. I was given no reference numbers to any call which is frustrating and or any sort of update. I just want my money discovery and it it clear as day that it is not in my balance, you can check my balance history on my credit. INVESTIGATE THIS AND RETURN MY MONEY.
