Missing payment(Discovery Bank)

I'm sharing my displeasure of how discovery bank for over 25 days is failing to trace a payment I had made to an ABSA account, which payment never reached the ABSA account.back and forth I'm told They are waiting for ABSA to trace the payment.for what ever reason ABSA referred me to Discover.their payment department is failing and out of their turn around time still can't trace the payment and despite my request to reverse the payment.still no outcome.i have spoken to various managers still they can't trace the payment where it actually went to.i wish someone could attend to this inept conduct
