Missing Payment, Bad support

On the 2nd of March 2026, my Avaf Account debit order was collected from my Discovery account. When I received the detailed statemnt from absa, it showed that the payment was never collected. i lodged a formal complaint and investigation with Absa and they told me they never received the funds as it shows the debit order was unsuccessful. After sending all the doocuments needed to Absa, the response was the same, Discovery submitted a response stating that the debit order was unsuccessful.

I have opened a case with discovery and still havent had any feedback, apparently the "Payments team" is still awaiting external feedback.

I have a Case Number and call reference number that i use to follow up regularly, but seems i'm just waisting my time. I cant beleive this is the level of service I get when a Payment is just missing.
