Missing payment
I made a immediate payment to my parents on Thursday at 8:58 until this point they have not received the money I called the call centre multiple times and the only feedback I get is that they opened a missing payment case and it can take up to 10 days this money my parents desperately need to pay rent I am left shocked and will definitely be changing my bank
