Missing Funds!!!!!

Discovery is unhelpful. After switching their system from FNB to Discovery bank my credit card balance is incorrect by far!. I have called numerous times but still not resolved. This now causing severe anxiety waste of time and not to mention money on calls. I'll be closing my accounts and moving medical aid.
