Missing 15000 from Worst Bank aka Discovery Bank

I wrote a review on this issue on the 5th of November, okay so it's been nearly a month now that 15k magically vanished, I've called the bank a number of times, each time getting a different story. First I phoned they told me it'll take 10 days to trace the funds, this is the call refernce ***6 of that call, after 10 days they tell me the funds arrived at Nedbank Namibia, this is the call reference of that call***9, I phone Nedbank Namibia who informed me funds were reversed, keep in mind I also paid the R500 to have special clearance activated, the latest then is they have to wait for the forex department because I managed to get the traceId from Nedbank Namibia showing that the funds were reversed which I sent through with the proof of payment after another call with reference ***3, this time I'm hearing that forex has to reverse the funds, a whole month of this hopelessness, now my child can't write exams because the funds are gone, I'm going to try and get through to their complaints department which will probably also be hopeless because after a month 15k which is a lot of money has miraculously vanished. Please Hello Peter can someone help me with this because it shouldn't take this long after having paid the special clearance fee for these funds to be reversed.
