Miles Annual Fee paid in rand's and refunded in Discovery Miles - nothing but theft!!!

Dear Discovery, you deducted R435.79 off my discovery card for the Miles Annual Fee, Ive joined the Discovery Bank and was told that my monies will not be refunded that you deducted for the Miles Annual Fee, I will receive dicovery miles for it!! You literally took monies from me and refunds me miles?? I was never given the option to choose if I want a refund or not. You call center staff couldnt tell me how many miles I will get per R1. This is nothing but theft!! I want a refund of the monies you deducted anjd not miles!
