Migrate to Discovery Bank:-( I think NOT

I'm horrified by the poor service received from Discovery bank. Here I was trying to migrate to the bank because of the fancy promises since I already have a discovery card. Having read other reviews I'm not surprised. I am struggling with the app so I called in spoke to Khumo who was not able to assist after talking to him 15min logging on and off the app. and since I was calling from my cell, I asked if someone to give me a call back, to which he responded by saying the people at the service department are not able to call me, all this after talking to him for 15 minutes. Having seen other reviews I'm now convinced more than ever to stay with the card I currently have as this is proving to be like pulling teeth
