Discovery Bank is thee biggest **** i have ever come across. Their value proposition sounds good but do not deliver. I’m a platinum card holder and they charged me R300. to access the slow l lounge without my consent, secondly I’m now told I can only access the twice annually. ****ing ****mers, might as well move my account where I’ll get value for money instead of these ****ing ******.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

As a platinum card holder you only have access to two Domestic and one International complimentary lounge visit per annum. Once you have used up your annual allocation, you and your guests will each be charged an access fee of R300 per visit.
