Medical aid app

I have been having issues with logging in to my medical aid app since it’s linked to their discovery bank app called customer service multiple times they promised to reset the OTP as I changed my phone number and the OTP goes to my previous employer since I registered using that email very dissapointed because I cannot log into the app for my medical aid because I don’t get the OTP . I was asked to send a selfie and they would get back to me but nothing till this day your service really sucks
