Making money magically disappear with no explanation.

I transferred money on the 31st into my account to make sure i had money to cover my debit orders and true and not. On the 1st when my debit order was meant to go off it was returned as unpaid. Discovery made magic and it disappeared just like that. I logged a complaint over a week ago and nothing... are you guys really that desperate to take you clients money really. You guys are just as bad as the rest of them.
