Long wait
The bank phoned me in April and told me they would be sending me an email in a week in order to move me from discovery card to the bank. I am still patiently waiting.

We currently have 1 000 clients, split between Discovery Card clients that we have migrated across onto our banking platform, and new clients joining the bank. It’s been important for us to create seamless journeys for all clients and so we have focusing on creating a dazzling client experience for both migration and new clients
We have received significant interest in signing up with the bank. We are working through these leads while prioritising our Discovery Card clients.
We canniot wait to have you as a client and we will contact you as soon as we are ready to on board you.

02 Jul 2019, 13:06Sounds like a standard copy and paste answer. My problem is that since you informed me that you where migrating me in April I have not heard a word from you. If you can't deliver then don't phone people and at least keep them informed.
