Locked my money

Discovery bank don’t want to open my account they said it will be opened once I reach 30 days but still my account is locked they even don’t want me to access the account anymore like what have I done wrong? Why they don’t want me to get my money. They have been saying they have not received feedback from absa it’s like they want absa to tell them not to open my account coz what’s really the problem with receiving money? Our accounts are made for that nje😥😥😥
