Locked Bank Account

Complaint:

I am so unhappy with Discovery Bank I will never recommend this Bank to anyone. Been locked out of my account and not having any access to my own money for 4 full months. I have been calling the ***** department for a very long time but I never got a solution as to when or how they will unlock my account , I even sent tons of emails with a Police Affidavit hoping that it would make it easy for them to unlock my account but still no luck I even wrote them on Hellopeter and I was told they will call back and try and resolve this matter but up until today I have never heard from them, I'm just disappointed 😥 and fed up with this Bank I just hope they look into this matter please.
