Locked account

My account was blocked and on 10 August. I got an email saying that the turnaround time is 72 hours. Its been over a week and still nothing. I've tried calling the call center and everyday I am told that nobody has been assigned to my case. I am then informed that mater will be escalated and will get a call by close of business. Still waiting for a call 8 days later
