Like your money? Bank elsewhere pt. 2

Posted a review of my problems with discovery earlier this year. I was informed that I would be getting a call to assist me but I only received one that, admittedly, I could not answer at the time. I've made an effort to call back or schedule a new call but I'm yet to be assisted.

For a clear view of how well Discovery Bank handles customer issues then I should tell you that I first contacted the bank with the problem in October 2022, posted a review in May 2023 and now it's the end of September and nothing has changed.
