Like your money? Bank elsewhere

Where to start

1. In October 2022, I was owed a refund from AirBnB that never reflected in my account. I sent Discovery the documents from AirBNB showing that the amount had been deposited and I also send Discovery the other documents that they asked for to process the refund. I am still awaiting this money.

2. I experienced *****ulent charged on my account upwards of 7k. I contacted Discovery and was told there was nothing they could do. Fine.

3. My salary in November did not reflect. I made continuous contact with Discovery to rectify the issue and I sent the documents that they needed to rectify the issue. I have been sent up and down, sent documents more than three times, recieved two case numbers, had the phone dropped on me and even asked to begin the process again. It is May of 2023 and I am still waiting for my money.

4. In April of 2022 my card was ****** and charges were made. I reported the issue immediately, submitted police affidavits and documentation needed.

I have now received a phone call from Discovery in which I was told that it is "highly unlikely" that I will receive my money from the bank. Money that THEY lost. It's such a shame because I had so much hope in Discovery Bank given how well they handle insurance. More than 16k lost in half a year at one bank. I've never experienced this elsewhere.
