Discovery Bank sneaked "Vitality Money" into my account signup without clear disclosure it was a separate R60-R70/month service. Never authorized it, never used it, discovered R840 in theft after 14 months. Closed account at ZERO BALANCE. They refuse to actually close it, claiming they're "unable" unless I pay accumulated Vitality fees. That's ******ion. They claim I "completed assessment on 26 September 2024" and "used Discovery Miles." Complete lies. I deleted their app months ago. I've demanded proof - they can't provide it because it never happened. Over 5,000 HelloPeter complaints show identical pattern. This is systematic ***** affecting 100,000+ customers. Filing OBOSSA complaint, regulatory complaints, organizing class action. Will not pay one cent. AVOID DISCOVERY BANK.
