Lies lies and all lies from discovery bank

Went into istore to enquire about the apple watch on vitality. Struggle a-lot at 1st only to get a message saying i am not in good standing with Discovery Bank. Phone immediately the bank to find out *** is going on because for the past few months while using my card i made sure to paid more than 10times the minimum payment required to make sure I am on top of things.

The consultant of Discovery came back with the following reply: “ sorry sir, it is stated like that because for the past few months you didn’t paid the amounts in full”

Does discovery really think if you use 20k one month you have to pay the whole amount at the end of the months???…..doesn’t that defeat the purpose of a credit card. And then state you are not is good standing is really ****ed!!!

Well Discovery you service, you bank and everything that goes with that is total Bull**** and soooo ****ed-ip and twisted. (Sorry for the people reading here for the french used)

You are not worth to be called a bank because the way you do business and treat clients is not fair. You are not a bank to be referred to for others to join and not even worth to tall about. I will close my account as soon as possible.
