Lemons to lemonade

Kudos to Nonkoluke Twale. I'm not a fan of Discovery's call-centre customer touch-point at the best of times (even though all my insurance and medical aid is with them), but when I had to switch credit cards from the FNB platform to the Discovery Bank platform recently with some complexities - she was superb! Turned what could have potentially been a disruptive situation completely around. Pleasantly surprised by this, and I think its down to her handling of this (and me) to be honest. Well done!
