Legal Action

I was offered a Discovery card in 2015, The card was not loaded with any funds because i did not qualify for credit. i set up a debit order of R500 every month. At the end of January 2016, the account came back owing an amount of R15 000 which i didnt know where it came from. the account was then handed over to MBD credit solutions. I called Discovery to find out what had happened and they sent me to FNB. FNB told me they will investigate and they couldn't give me statements to tell me when the credit was loaded. The account has now been handed over to a another law firm for collection. I called FNB and they said i have to call Discovery. I then called Discovery and they kept tranferring me until i eventually landed back at FNB legal. Both FNB and Discovery refuse to accept the responsibility of the matter
