Lack of product and benefits

I did an enquiry almost 2 weeks ago about one of their benefits, the consultant wasn't aware of what I was talking about. she said she will ask her supervisor even today I'm still waiting...

these guys don't take their customers serious and looks like they don't know their products and benefits.
