Lack of feedback. Pathetic

I called on 20 Feb and opened a query for them charging me interest incorrectly for a 'late payment' despite me being on FULL PAYMENT debit order. So this can't happen. I was told that I'd have feedback by latest 7 days (which would be 27 Feb)
