Lack of Communication and Empty Promises

Trying to get hold of staff and information is like trying to get water out of a rock. I signed up with Discovery Bank and was promised a Checkers R1000 voucher if I meet all criteria before 30 November 2024. On the 25 November I called and was given a reference number and confirmation that I met all criteria and can expect my voucher by the end of December. Till now there is no communication 🙄
