Kids School Clothes and Stationery ******

Discovery Card again took R3711 and R308 from my account without my knowledge and without knowing what the money is for. Everytime I have something in my account, they just take as they please and they know when there is money in my account. This money was to buy my 2 kids stationary and clothes for grade 1 and 9. Without this money, they cannot go to school next year. What is annoying, I agreed to pay R500 per month of which I cannot really afford but I deprive my family of something else to pay them but they still do this and not from my salary but from money I saved for Christmas and school. I needed this money today to go and buy my kids stuff and I need this reversed urgently. Where is the credit act to protect us and where is the banking ombudsman to fight for us....nowhere. I am so scared to keep my money in FNB. I advise other people who wants to open an FNB account to think twice what they are getting into. If I dont see 2016 to see my kids in school, Discovery Card is to blame as I dont know where to turn to.
