Just not getting help from Discovery bank

I contacted a couple of time discovery bank, was promised to be called back regarding my account, I was not, I called again and went through a department to cancel my credit card as I was just never being assisted, I was promised in 5 working days my account will be closed, My account is still open. Please can someone close my account, the service I am getting... Well Im not getting any service and that is my reason for cancellation, Please action this ASAP
