It's impossible to open a Discovery Bank account!

I have been trying for, easily, 6 MONTHS to open an account. I have downloaded the app and followed instructions. I was a discovery client, with another product, around 10 years ago. OBVIOUSLY my details have since changed, so I am unable to receive any OTP to reset my details and login. I tried calling them 2 weeks ago... EVERY NUMBER "doesn't exist". I ended up calling their head office direct and was promised that someone will call me to update my details so I can log onto the app and create an account.. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL! Is this really what one can expect from Discovery Bank? Why would I then WANT to be a client? CALL ME!
