Isowantedtochangebanks aaaaaaaaaand..... disappointment

Ive been interested in Discovery Bank for a while, and have casually browsed their website. Then, this past week, and incident with my existing bank had me completely enraged - The best part though was that I had an alternative: NOW! NOW was the time I was going to switch to Discovery bank.... I downloaded the app and went through the signup process .... and .... I get told that im in a queue of 12000 people. Tallk about being a sense of deflation....

Oh well - the good news is that FNB managed eventually to get their act together and changed me from my existing useless godawful private banker, to someone who seems to know what theyre doing...

Crisis averted - no further need to join Discovery bank then eh?
