Is Hylton Kallner, CEO of Discovery Bank, not responsible for this brand?

There was no response at all to the first “review” below [Feb 12 ‘25]

There was a “response” after the second one posted on Feb 20 ’25 at which time they wanted to know “what it is that I needed”!!!

I referred to the call agent to Complaint Case ***X and have heard nothing since.

WHAT IS DISCOVERY TURNING INTO?? DOES THE CEO EVEN KNOW THE ABOUT THE ABYSMAL REVIEWS? WHY ARE THEY HAPPY TO CHASE CUSTOMERS AWAY??

As usual, they just don't respond or follow up [this is about ONE thing that we've been waiting for THREE WEEKS Their responses to Hellopeter are "canned" and always says the same thing: "Someone will get back to you". That gets tired

1. They ignore requests 2. then they respond via Hellopeter to say the same thing always "someone will get back to you 3. then nobody gets back to you SO, THIS IS A SECOND HELLOPETER/ X POSTING ON THE SAME MATTER - GOING BACK TO JANUARY 17 '25
