Is Discovery Bank still operating?

All I am attempting to do is pay off my outstanding bill with Discovery Bank and close my account. A simple task you might think but I am am unable to contact the bank either by phone, or email nor will the banking app work. I am stymied. Reading through previous reviews I notice that this situation has been going on for quite a few months now. This raises a serious concern. When a bank choses to cease communication with its customers then I can only assume that they have closed the doors for business. Am I right? Until such time as the bank does something to allay my concerns I would strongly advise against any potential new customers attempting to do business with them. Meanwhile I can only sit back and wait until someone at the bankcottons on to the fact that I owe them some money.
