Is Discovery a Ponzi Scheme?

Shocking - Health Pay is a con. I paid the pharmacy but Health Pay still charged the same amount! Tried to call and get a resolution but nobody seems to know what’s going on. Then no follow up This is a bank who you are supposed to trust with your money - but when the call center can’t be trusted; what is the rest of the bank like!! Frightening- I will be leaving to a bank I can trust
