iPhone reward benefit
Dear Discovery Your sneaky and on purpose to hide the iPhone benefit closure is so unprofessional. Since March 2023 I've got the iPhone model on backorder from Apple SA to date. Now without openly disclosing that the benefit ended 30 June 2023 by an app pop-up or sms you hide it in an email titled Win a car. That subject line mentions nothing regarding your iPhone benefit cancelation. Don't u think when such changes are made u should make it more openly visible to your clients? So now when I want to purchase the iPhone which I've got on backorder with your contracted preferred provider it's no longer available. Who's fault is it? Your provider didn't have stock. I've contacted and discussed this matter with a manager in the banking department his reply was nothing we can do. This is so typical of Discovery. One year u offer amazing rewards once u have the client base u take all rewards away. So Discovery what r u going to do about this???

As long as the benefit was not activated on of before 30 June 2023, there is nothing that we can do.
