International banks and Discovery bank

Useless freaken bank, absolutely pointless i had an UK company pay me funds and they asked for a MT103 document which i sent to them after a month of trying they call me to ask the UK bank to send a none receipt of funds doc the UK bank sent proof that the money was sent to discovery intermediary bank Absa, they actually tell me to call the UK bank to ask them to get the money back and then pay it to discovery. My question is simple if i have to do their work for them who needs them.... And all the while this is going on i cant pay my debt cause my bank is freaken idiots and absolutely useless at helping people.
